To be eligible for bonus compensation, employees must meet all the following requirements:
- New hire employment must remain in effect for a minimum of 30 days.
- Employees being referred to any position must not be a family member to anyone working at the same location. Family members may be referred to other locations or divisions.
- Payouts will be processed on the 30th day of employment for souvenir staff referrals.
